Consultation is based on an hourly rate.
2. List Ready + Guest-Ready Prep
This includes a combination of furnishing, staging, and marketing your property to its fullest potential in order to attract targeted guests, focusing on both style and function. We will market the listing on all rental platforms, which includes professional photos, video walkthroughs, floor plans, and a house manual.
Cost % based on square footage.
3. Co-Hosting
Ready to host? Lynette and her team will manage your property in exchange for a small % of monthly revenue. This includes managing guest relations to ensure their stay is a 5-star experience, coordinating property maintenance and repairs, and other guest turnover activities.
