By communicating with the listing agent and gathering valuable insight before an offer is written, I position my buyers to compete on more than price alone. From terms and timing to contingencies and negotiations, every detail matters. Once your offer is accepted, I'll guide you through inspections, appraisal, financing, and every step leading to closing, ensuring the process is as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Now that we found you the perfect place, it's time to make it feel like home! When you are ready, we can schedule a 1-hour complimentary design consultation to start the customization of your new home. I can assist you with selecting new tile, paint, flooring, or anything else that needs a fresh look. Beyond that, for an hourly fee, I can even help you with the purchasing and installation of furniture, art, and accessories; we can customize a design plan for your specific project.
