Once your offer is accepted, I'll guide you through inspections, appraisal, financing, and every step leading to closing, ensuring the process is as seamless and stress-free as possible.

When you are ready, we can schedule a 1-hour complimentary design consultation to start the customization of your new home. I can assist you with selecting new tile, paint, flooring, or anything else that needs a fresh look. Beyond that, for an hourly fee, I can even help you with the purchasing and installation of furniture, art, and accessories; we can customize a design plan for your specific project.
