So, our first step is to have a preliminary meeting to discuss your budget, wish list, needs, wants, and to answer any questions you may have. Afterward, I will create a customized search designed to fit your needs. 

If a loan is required to purchase, it is imperative to start the process before looking at houses. The pre-qualification process will also help determine your budget. Sellers and their agents will require a pre-qualification letter along with the purchase agreement at the time of the offer. 

Time to start touring! We will set times to see the homes that interest you most - the ones that match criteria set forth in our initial meeting. I will walk you through each home, offering a practiced eye and design advice, while taking note of any questions you may have about the property. 

Once we find the house for you, I will research the property fully, and provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision on price and terms. I will compile your offer, and guide you through the process, making it as easy and stress-free as possible. 

Now that we found you the perfect place, it's time to make it feel like home! When you are ready, we can schedule a 1-hour complimentary design consultation to start the customization of your new home. I can assist you with selecting new tile, paint, flooring, or anything else that needs a fresh look. Beyond that, for an hourly fee, I can even help you with the purchasing and installation of furniture, art, and accessories; we can customize a design plan for your specific project.
